Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

Renovation of the CL3 High Containment Animal Research Lab at the UM Bannatyne Campus. Bidders are responsible for monitoring the Bonfire Submission Portal Service for all addenda and must acknowledge receipt of all addenda on the bid form. Failure to comply may result in bid rejection. Non-Disclosure Agreement is required before tender submissions for this project through the Bonfire Network. Only hard copy submissions are accepted. Lump sum pricing is required. Refer to the Bonfire Submission Portal Service for competition details and requirements. Pre-qualification requirements: Open to pre-qualified general contractors who are willing to complete and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement Document.
