The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), located in Washington, DC, is seeking quotations for the installation of a climate control system. Items must be brand name or equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. This procurement is for new equipment only, unless otherwise specifically stated. No remanufactured or 'gray market' items are acceptable. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The vendor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller for the proposed equipment or system so that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment or system must be in accordance with OEM terms and conditions. Offerors must submit documentation from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor for the specific items being procured. Maintenance renewals must begin on or after the date of contract award; reinstatement fees, if required, must be listed on separate line items. All quoters shall submit one copy of their technical and price quote, including company DUNS Number and Cage Code. All quotations shall be sent via e-mail. Quotes must include a statement regarding the acceptability of the terms and conditions as stated in the solicitation or list any exceptions with rationale.
