The renovation will reconfigure and modernize the building to provide approximately 354 residential units with associated amenities. Resident rooms will range from approximately 450 to 750 square feet and will include kitchenettes, ADA-compliant bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms where applicable. The project objective is to deliver a high-quality, attractive residential facility that supports independent and assisted living and enhances the long-term retention and quality of life of veteran residents. All construction activities must account for the building's location within a designated historic district and comply with applicable historic preservation requirements.
