Description

Site work for a civil project in Fruit Cove, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Construction of the re-pump station, roadway and pavement installation, yard and reclaimed water piping, fencing and gate systems, site grading and landscaping, stormwater improvements, installation of a precast electrical building with HVAC, electrical and instrumentation systems, SCADA infrastructure, concrete work, startup, testing, and commissioning for the RiverTown storage and pumping facility. All Questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed herein at least five business days prior to the opening date. Questions received within five business days prior to the opening date may not be answered. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 The specific JSEB participation requirement for the Scope of Work described in this Solicitation is: 5%
