Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Fall River, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project consists of a Base Bid including furnishing all labor, tools, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of existing 12-inch water main and appurtenances including gate valves, valve boxes, hydrants, services and temporary bypass piping; and for all trench pavements. The work also includes milling and overlay, sidewalk and curbing replacement, pedestrian improvements and ADA-compliant ramp replacement on Jefferson Street. The project also includes two bid alternates: Additive Bid Alternate A for CIPP lining of 1,200 linear feet of existing 20-inch cast iron cement lined water main, and Additive Bid Alternate B for the removal and replacement of 1,200 linear feet of existing 20-inch cast iron cement lined water main.
