The City of Raleigh invites qualified and experienced firms to submit Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for construction materials inspection and testing services, and special inspection services for two projects: Project 1: Raleigh Police Evidence Facility. A new facility to be located east of the intersection of Battle Bridge Road and Griffice Mill Road. Project 2: Raleigh Fire Station #15. A new fire station to be located on Spring Forest Road near the current Fire Station #15. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFQ to: Reese Wamsley Construction Project Manager Email: reese.wamsley@raleighnc.gov Questions submitted via telephone will not be answered. Questions concerning this RFQ will be received until June 12, 2026 at 4:00 PM at which time no future questions will be accepted. City Response to Questions (anticipated) June 16, 2026 The City of Raleigh has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, and to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities, if it is deemed to be in the City of Raleighs best interests to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
