Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Furnish and place 376 CY of excavation, 138 tons of subbase, 75 tons of asphalt wearing course, 224 tons of asphalt base course, 600 LF of 4" underdrain, and 676 tons of asphalt scratch course. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality, will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Pa Prevailing Wage Rates apply.
