The project includes the replacement of an existing effluent-source heat pump system with a new gas-fired Make-up Air Unit. The project includes complete removal of the effluent-source heat pump system, and complete installation of the MAU, including structural modifications, gas piping extension, and electrical modifications. The contractors must provide a complete bid with all trades.
