St. Johns County is requesting qualifications from firms licensed to provide professional engineering services in the State of Florida for multiple water infrastructure projects within the Mainland Utility Service Area. Services may include planning, evaluation, design, permitting, hydraulic modeling, bidding assistance, and construction phase services associated with water treatment facilities, finished water blending and transfer systems, reliability upgrades, and long-term utility infrastructure planning. Projects include the Trout Creek Water Treatment Plant, Northwest to CR214 Finished Water Blend & Transfer Station, CR214 Water Treatment Plant Reliability Upgrades, and the CR214 Future Improvements Facility Plan.
