Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Kankakee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
All inquiries should be directed to contact Rob Kenney at (815) 802-8194. The project involves the installation of skylights and windows at Kankakee Community College. RIVERFRONT CAMPUS o Replace five (5) skylight panels o Replace four (4) insulated glass units o Replace one (1) large window in Room D300 o Replace two (2) barrel vault skylights WEST CAMPUS o Replace eleven (11) 8mm twin wall thermal clear panels on our greenhouse roof o Remove and replace all existing hardware MITC o Replace sixteen (16) acrylic skylights ADD ALTERNATE o Provide pricing to replace Sixteen (16) polycarbonate skylights in lieu of acrylic The Contractor selected must supply all labor, transportation, apparatus, materials and tools necessary for the completion of the work, maintain and remove temporary equipment, and assemble and install in excellent and workmanlike fashion. Contractor must be qualified for this work and must, without direction, install everything necessary to provide installation complete and in acceptable order ready to use. Contractor shall remove rubbish and debris from the work site promptly. The Contractor shall perform an overall cleanup of construction areas as required, but not less frequently than once a day. Contractor selected will be responsible for any damages to the site which is caused by this installation. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount).
