Renovation of a medical facility in New Westminster, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

BCCDC - TB Clinic Relocation project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals is underway, inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services for the BCCDC -TB Clinic Relocation project. The project scope is to complete the schematic design, detailed design, tender, permitting, construction, and close out phases for the tenant improvement upgrades to meet the needs outlined in the Clinical Service Plan and Functional Program. Further update in summer 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent. *Only architectural firms prequalified by the Authority for Non-Acute Care Projects > 1M or Acute Care Projects >1M are eligible to respond. No site visits have been arranged, and the new leasing site will be selected upon Ministry of Infrastructure approval. More information about the project and the services required is detailed in Appendix 'A'. Proposals must be submitted through the Bonfire system. The complete RFP package including all appendices and addenda are only available for download/submission on https://fraserhealth.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities . *Question Deadline: June 9th 2026, 3:00 PM PDT.
