Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Owner invites bids for the milling, paving, and painting of several parking lots at the Saegertown Elementary School to be completed during the summer of 2026 summer break. The scope of work includes milling of parking lots, sub base repairs, installation of BCBC, wearing course, and striping of parking lots. Bids must be emailed and shall remain in effect for 60 days following the opening. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a Surety Company's Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount is required. Prevailing wages apply. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is required with all bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, in the best interest of the Owner. No bid shall be waived or returned if the Bidder fails to meet requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or applicable statutes. Inquiries, requests for information and requests for clarifications should be directed via email to the Owner at the following addresses: rluke@penncrest.org All requests for information are to be submitted on a form containing the Bidders letterhead and attached to the email. Questions submitted less than seven (7) days before the bid date may not receive responses.
