Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.
The project consists of the construction of a Storage Building at Tamaqua School District Stadium located at 598 Penn Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252. The work will be carried out under two Prime Contracts: General Construction and Electrical Construction. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with a corporate surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder(s) must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract value. The project is subject to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Only electronic submissions via the PennBid Program are accepted. The Tamaqua Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or waive any informalities in bidding, and may withhold award for up to sixty days.
