Professional engineering services are sought for electric substation resiliency upgrades. Services may include design, engineering, and construction support for substation transformer replacement, switching improvements, voltage regulator upgrades, control building improvements, and related infrastructure. The project may utilize Oregon Department of Energy Grid Resilience Grant funding and may be subject to federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon prevailing wage and Build America, Buy America provisions. The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive formalities in accordance with applicable public contracting requirements.
