RFIs can be emailed to Jason@JP-CE.com, with copy to Corinne@JP-CE.com. Main Street Pier Restoration (Phase 3) for the Main Street Pier at Northport, New York. All Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package marked as Main Street Pier Restoration (Phase 3) Bid Documents addressed to Village Clerk Georgina Cavagnaro at 224 Main Street in Northport, New York 11768. All Bidders must complete the required Contractor's Qualifications Statement and provide a copy of the required Statement of Financial Conditions. Bidders must register with the NYS Department of Labor in compliance with NYS Labor Law 220-i and include a Certificate of Registration with the bid. Bids must follow the Specifications, Contract Plans, and terms of the proposed Contract and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Inc. Village of Northport for an amount not less than five percent of the Bid price. All bonding and insurance companies must be licensed to do business in New York. The Inc. Village of Northport reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any informalities. There are special qualification requirements contained in the Contract Documents. Contract Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents are available to prospective Bidders at Northport Village Hall and by Dropbox link after signing in with the Village Clerk and verifying email address. Bids will not be accepted from anyone who cannot satisfactorily prove sufficient experience and financial capability to carry out the work.
