Sealed Bids will be received for the project titled 'MAIN STREET PUMP STATION GENERATOR REPLACEMENT' for the Village of Northport under Project: NortV 26-01. Drawings and specifications may be examined and obtained at the Village Hall, Village Clerk’s Office, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Contract documents will be available on Flash Drive format only, and no bid deposit is required. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, made payable to the Incorporated Village of Northport in an amount of five percent (5%) of the total base bid. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Bid – MAIN STREET PUMP STATION GENERATOR REPLACEMENT” with the appropriate Contract Number and name. The Village of Northport reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept the bid most favorable to the interests of the Village. Final award is conditioned upon any and all federal, state, and local agencies having jurisdiction or authority over this project.
