The Town of Courtland Columbia, will be accepting bids for a chip seal proj-ect on Cemetery Rd The town reserves the right to reject any bid and accept the bid most ad-vantageous to the town. Contractor shall supply all labor , material , and equipment to sign work zone-Existing surface must be cleaned with a power broom to remove dirt , clay or other debris-Cold Mix Hand Patching is required on all roads where needed-PG 58-28 5% Cut Back Liquid Asphalt blended at a State of Wisconsin and ASSHTO certified liquid asphalt production facility : furnished , heated to 350 degrees F and applied in a single pass up to 24 feet wide .-Cover aggregate to be used is a 3/8" Washed Dark Granite Fractured Chip . * Sample of Cover aggregate to be submitted to the Town prior to Bid Letting .
