Refer to the attached Scope of Work. All work shall be completed within the timeframes specified therein. The Contractor shall be qualified by Victaulic to provide all design, fabrication, installation, programming, calibration, and testing of the total flooding Victaulic Vortex 1500 hybrid fire suppression system, as well as all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the Work. Public Utility District No. 1 of Pend Oreille County (the "District") is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to design and install a fire suppression system at the Box Canyon Dam Powerhouse. The purpose of this contract is to design and install a Victaulic Vortex 1500 hybrid fire suppression system, as outlined in the attached Scope of Work (SOW). Refer to the attached Scope of Work. All work shall be completed within the timeframes specified therein. The Contractor shall be qualified by Victaulic to provide all design, fabrication, installation, programming, calibration, and testing of the total flooding Victaulic Vortex 1500 hybrid fire suppression system, as well as all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the Work. Bid Requirements: At a minimum, the response must include the following: Completed Bid Form Bid Bond (5% of total bid amount) Contractor information and licensing Proposed project schedule Acknowledgment of addenda (if applicable) Questions must be submitted via Online no later than May 25, 2026 at 2:00p.m local time.
