Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Ione, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Sewer replacement and pipe lining work This Contract provides for the improvement of the Sanitary Sewer collection system throughout the town. Work includes constructing 1,740 linear feet of sanitary Sewer Main Replacement, 4,120 linear feet of Sanitary Sewer Main Lining, replacement of 22 Manholes, CCTV investigation, 700 square yards of pavement repair, landscape restoration, traffic control , and other miscellaneous work. Estimated Cost of Project: $2,000,000 Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, minor defects, or to reject any or all bids. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount equal to five (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal . Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the same time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Town of lone
