The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision and incidentals for work at the U.S. Coast Guard FD&CC Seattle at 915 2nd Ave, Room 2664, Seattle, WA 98174. Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals for the removal and replacement of carpet tile for the Facilities Design & Construction Center (FD&CC) Seattle offices on the 26th Floor of the Jackson Federal Building, including the removal and replacement of the rubber wall base. The contractor must provide a complete quote consisting of: Part 1: Complete and sign Standard Form (SF) 1449 and insert the total firm-fixed-price bid; Part 2: A detailed price breakdown (not to exceed one page) that separates costs for removal and disposal of existing carpet tiles, new materials and installation, and labor hours & wages; Part 3: A technical proposal (not to exceed two pages) providing a clear description of technical approach, list of major materials and equipment, and a project schedule showing major milestones from the Notice to Award to completion, which must be no later than August 31, 2026. Do not submit any unnecessary documents, promotional materials, general company history brochures, or generic cover letters. Quotes must be submitted electronically and incomplete submissions may be considered unresponsive and ineligible for award.
