Hayfield Township is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to complete the replacement of the existing roof at its municipal building located at 17882 Townhouse Road, Saegertown, PA 16433. Firms will be responsible for the design and build of this project. Proposals should be addressed to Hayfield Township Roof Replacement Design-Build, Jennifer McClymonds, Township Secretary, Hayfield Township, 17882 Townhouse Road, Saegertown, PA 16433. Hayfield Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in bidding. Demonstration of past experience with commercial building roofing systems and installation . Examples of past experience with similar design / build projects . The designated contact person in charge of overseeing day to day project activities . The name , title , address , email , and telephone number of individuals with authority to negotiate and bind the proposal contractually , and who may be contacted during the RFP selection process . Submissions shall contain a lump sum total cost to complete the required activities specified within this RFP , in addition to the following provisions : A schedule of fees and services including all per hour rates of compensation A statement that the included schedule of fees and services shall remain in effect for the duration of the project
