The project will focus on improving connections between major visitor arrival points, such as the cruise ship terminal, train depot, and small boat harbor, and main destinations like the historic downtown and Alaska SeaLife Center. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a cohesive wayfinding system, including strategy, design concepts, and construction-ready documents. Proposals must be submitted in both electronic and hard copy formats, and each envelope must be clearly marked as specified.
