Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Spokane, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to modify the existing fire alarm systems to accommodate new fire-rated doors with EMF/EMR Series Holder/Release device with integral door closer, control relays, and associated reprogramming of the fire alarm systems and three door replacements as indicated and as shown on the drawings. In submitting a bid, you are registered with Spokane County for the Small Works Roster in accordance with R.C.W. 39.04.155.
