Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Morehead City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Scope of Work: Carteret County Government is seeking competitive proposals for the installation of a new Cellular-Enabled Fire Alarm System as well as an alternate proposal for monitoring, maintenance, repair and inspections for Carteret County Governments Leon Mann Jr. Enrichment Center located All inquiries concerning the Scope of Services, Proposal Submission Requirements, and Site Visits should be directed to: Mr. Ray Farnum Project Coordinator 5231 Business Drive, Newport, NC 28570 Email: Ray.farnum@carteretcountync.gov Telephone: 252-241-6913 to be specified in written order from the County and or shall fully complete all work hereunder within 160 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Procced for the base bid contract. the Contractor shall pay the Owner the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) as liquidated damages the successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, executed by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of North Carolina and acceptable to the Owner. Carteret County Government reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason.
