Renovation of a military facility in Columbus, Mississippi. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to perform a full replacement of the backup generator serving portions of the Simulator Training Facility, Building 268. The scope of work includes removal and replacement of the existing 277/480V, 30 kW generator, the associated fuel tank and fuel pump, and the Automatic Transfer Switch. The project also requires establishing new connections for the generator, Automatic Transfer Switch, and fuel tank to the local base Energy Management Control System. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work and all applicable Air Force requirements, codes, standards, and referenced regulations. This notice is issued as a sources sought for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation and no contract award will be made as a result of this posting. Interested firms are encouraged to review the attached Statement of Work for additional technical and project details.
