Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing 1400 feet of 6 foot wide concrete sidewalk, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Holland Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price, binding the bidder for ninety (90) days after receipt of bids. Contract documents and specifications are available online or at specified offices. Fees apply for hard copies and are non-refundable. Only drawings and specifications obtained directly from Prein&Newhof are valid. The project must be substantially completed by Friday, November 13, 2026, and ready for final payment by Tuesday, June 1, 2027. QA date - 6-2-2026 Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid.
