The scope of work includes the following: Remove and install new carpet and cove base in Training room 24'x45' Remove and install new carpet and cove base in Sergeant Office 12'x10' Remove and install new carpet and cove base in Office 12'x10' Remove and install new carpet and cove base in Lt Office 14'x10' Remove and install new carpet and cove base in Rec. room 20'x'18' Remove old carpet and install new vinyl plank flooring and cove base in dorm 34'x20' Remove and install new carpet and cove base in front administrative offices including front lobby approximate overall dimensions 76'x48' Remove and install new 6'x6' aluminum hinge rollup mat The vendor will supply color samples, from which the Brownstown Fire Department will select the final colors. The vendor is responsible for supplying all materials, labor, equipment, and removal of all trash and debris The vendor will supply all warranty information. Site visits may be requested through BiNet only No Bid documents provided The awarded vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance, and a W-9 form. The Brownstown Fire Department reserves the right to reject any quotes received, as well as to make minor changes or negotiate terms.
