Zone 7 Water Agency desires to hire a qualified and reliable consultant to provide guidance and assistance to the Zone 7 Flood Protection Engineering and Executive Management teams, including flood risk management initiatives, navigating regulatory requirements, and enhancing long-term system resilience. Proposals must be submitted through the E-Procurement Portal. The Agency is responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining the flood control infrastructure to reduce flood risk, protect public safety, and ensure reliable flood protection. The consultant will provide highly experienced flood management consulting services, including strategic, technical, and programmatic oversight, to support key initiatives like a comprehensive Flood Management Plan, a Flood Asset Management Program, and the evaluation and development of a Low Impact Development (LID) program strategy. This is a Master Agreement for a three-year term. Tasks 1 and 2 will be authorized and directed upon contract execution, while Task 3 services will be provided on an as-needed basis in response to emerging priorities and agency requests. There is no guarantee as to the actual volume of services requested for Task 3.
