This event is to secure a price for Janitorial Services as contained in the attachments. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the City of Greensboro e-Procurement system (GePS) by the designated closing time. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their bid is properly completed and submitted through the e-procurement system, and bids in "Draft" status will not be considered. Bids must include the required Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) affidavit, either C1 if subcontracting or E1 if self-performing all work, both signed and notarized. Bidders are asked to provide three similar job references and state if they are a certified M/WBE or HUB with the State of North Carolina. Compliance with all terms and conditions is required, including non-discrimination, indemnification, maintenance of required insurance, and adherence to all relevant laws and safety guidelines. Bidders must not discriminate in the delivery of services and are encouraged to participate in the M/WBE program. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and make award decisions in its best interest, not necessarily on the basis of the lowest bid.
