Renovation of a medical facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Install a cold-water Sediment Filtration System between the City domestic supply and the facility's distribution infrastructure at Iowa City VA Health Care System. Installation will include a VA-provided LiquiTech brand (Model LFSKID-4XLP-2) Sediment Filtration System, all required piping, valves, hardware, and necessary components for proper installation. Contractor will install bypasses to allow maintenance of the Sediment Filtration System without disruption to the domestic cold-water supply, a flush line into a VA-provided drain buffer tank, and a flush manifold drain into a floor drain. Contractor must provide all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision needed to complete the project in accordance with general industry standards, project drawings, and the Statement of Work. Only bids from service-disabled veteran owned small businesses verified in SBA's databases are eligible. Questions shall be submitted only via email to: john.breyer@va.gov and derek.fore@va.gov.
