BANCROFT-AE PROJECT NUMBER: 22-106 Renovate approximately 22,500 square feet on the 6th floor to provide functional space for clinical support staff serving the inpatient units on the 5th and 7th floors. The renovated area will accommodate social workers, physicians, nutritionists, and education staff, and will primarily consist of offices, conference rooms, staff workrooms, storage areas, reception space, a lactation room, electrical closet, restrooms, and clean and soiled utility rooms. Clinical components of the project include Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) examination rooms. The existing Sleep Lab and Physical Therapy Department located on the 6th floor shall remain in place throughout construction. The Sleep Lab serves patients during evening hours and is also used during daytime operations for neurological testing, including EMG and NCV examinations. Construction activities shall be planned and executed using a phased approach to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Sleep Lab and continued access to required clinical services. the magnitude of construction for this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $20,000,000.00. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 371 calendar days.
