The work includes pavement repair, restoration, and related construction activities required to meet specified project requirements. The contract will be a single firm-fixed-price award under a competitive 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 237310, with the contractor required to be registered in SAM at the time of proposal submission. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Work must be completed in accordance with all solicitation instructions, including participation in the scheduled site visit, adherence to proposal submission requirements, and compliance with all applicable technical and administrative provisions outlined in the solicitation documentation.
