Site work for a water / sewer project in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and to complete sanitary sewer pipe and laterals, removal of existing on-lot systems, stormwater inlets, milling, overlay, base repairs, lawn restoration, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. There are no MBE/WBE requirements for this project. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The City of Pittston reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of ninety (90) days.
