Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,500-square-foot municipal facility.

Replacement of the existing rubber roof and installation of a new 4,500-square-foot rubber roof at the PittstonTownship Municipal Garage, located at 500 South Township Boulevard, Pittston, PA 18640. The work to be done under the contract and in accordance with the contract documents consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of the work outlined below and the carrying out of all duties and obligations imposed upon the contractor by the contract documents. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
