Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pittston Twp, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes demolition of the basketball courts, excavation, subbase, and asphalt paving, acrylic surfacing of basketball and pickleball courts and installation of chain-link fence, sidewalk and drainage. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the online Bid Form. There will be no pre-bid conference for this project. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Temporarily remove existing fence, poles and gates for court access for paving operation. Preserve all materials and re-install including foundations as needed. I. Install new drainage pipes, inlets, frames, grates and connect to existing piping. J. Install new pavement subbase drain. K. Excavate, fill, compact and grade for new work. L. Install basketball hoop structures and foundations including pole, backboard, hoop, net and padding. M. Install pickleball net structures and foundations including posts, cranks, and nets. N. Install 4' high fence and gates O. Prepare court subgrade, install subbase aggregate stone, pave courts. P. Coat new court surfaces with acrylic coating and install line striping as indicated on drawings and per specifications. Q. Install new benches. R. Construct new sidewalk. S. Re-install fence. T.
