The City of Bristol, Virginia is requesting sealed bids for specified types of Portland Cement products. The requirements include submitting one original and three paper copies of the sealed bid, with the outside envelope labeled with the ITB number and title. Bids must be mailed to or hand-delivered to the specified address. No faxed or electronically submitted bids will be accepted except through the eVA procurement platform, while also submitting the required paper copies. Bids received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Evaluation of bids will be based on per cubic yard or per ton price for each material type, and the award(s) will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting the requirements. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards, reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the best interest of the City. Exceptions to specifications may result in the bid being non-responsive and rejected.
