Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Scope : The purpose of this project is to replace the existing 480V emergency distribution system for the Winona State University campus with new . Under this project , the proposed design consists of a 350KW , 480V diesel generator with subbbase fuel tank , 600A main automatic transfer switch , 500KVA oil filled transformer , and 600A panelboard at Heating Plant . Several buildings will be equipped with new automatic transfer switches and disconnects . All existing branch circuit conduits in tunnels from Heating Plant to campus buildings are shown as existing to remain . All existing branch circuit conductors will be replaced with new , with few exceptions called out in the drawings . Existing Sheehan Hall generator is repurposed as legally required standby system , and modifications are shown in the drawings Instructions to bidders are available in the Project Manual with the Bidding Documents. Registering as a plan holder with QuestCDN is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors to receive notifications of all addenda and updates to the contract documents. Plan holders are responsible for their own printing costs if documents are printed elsewhere, and paper copies are not available for sale.
