Renovation of a bridge / tunnel in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a bridge / tunnel.
This project will replace the existing 480V Emergency Distribution System with new equipment. The scope includes replacing the existing 350KW, 480V diesel generator with subbase fuel tank, 600A main transfer switch, 500KVA oil filled transformer, 600A panelboard in the Heating Plant, and equipping several buildings with new transfer switches and disconnects according to the plans and specifications. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Instructions to bidders are available in the Project Manual with the Bidding Documents. Registering as a plan holder with QuestCDN is recommended for all prime contractors and subcontractors to receive notifications of all addenda and updates to the contract documents. Plan holders are responsible for their own printing costs if documents are printed elsewhere, and paper copies are not available for sale.
