Work will occur along multiple roadways including Leader Road, NYS Route 96A, Kime Road, East Lake Road, Lerch Road, MacDougal Road, Yost Road, and Poorman Road. The amended scope includes both Phase 1 (completed distribution system) and Phase 2, which expands the system and includes construction of a new booster pumping station near the Village of Waterloo's Rose Hill Water Storage Tank.
