Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Brush, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
The City of Brush! seeks to hire a local contractor for remodeling at the Brush Police Department. The work includes: removing and installing new kitchenette cabinets with a sink, water lines, drain, new fixtures, and outlets; removing and installing new cabinets in the Evidence Lobby and storage room; installing new baseboard around the basement perimeter; repairing two 4’x8’ sections of drywall in the basement restrooms, including possible insulation. The contractor must provide and install all materials, following local rules for installation, environment, and safety, and ensure proper disposal of material. Scope of Services: - Miscellaneous Work: dismantling existing cabinets, installing new cabinets, connecting lines and drains, installing baseboard, insulating an 8’x8’ wall section in basement restrooms, and patching two 4’x8’ drywall sections (tape & texture) in basement restrooms. - Plumbing: installing a sink, connecting water lines, and installing a drain from the sink to the sewer connection. - Electrical Work: removing unnecessary wires, and providing/installing electrical wires for outlets and fixtures. It is the contractor’s responsibility to perform all work in accordance with local regulations. Instructions to Bidders: - Submit bids by the specified deadline. - The contractor is responsible for supplying and installing all materials.
