Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hillsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Town of Hillsville is accepting proposals from qualified, licensed contractors for asphalt paving services in accordance with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) specification SM-9.5A, compacted to a depth of 1.5 inches. Work locations and quantities will be determined based on available budget. The Town reserves the right to adjust the scope of work by linear footage or area, depending on actual unit pricing and total project cost, and may continue paving at the agreed unit rate until allocated project funds are exhausted. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive formalities or technicalities at its discretion.
