Questions Due Date: Jun 24th 2026, 3:00 PM EDT Online Portal The construction project will involve the installation of approximately 560 linear feet of 8" diameter gravity sanitary sewer main, an approximately 90-foot long Redi-Rock retaining wall, three sewer laterals with concrete encasements across a stream channel, four new concrete manholes, and manhole modifications at a site along a stream channel in residential yards (within easements) between Raye Road and Norma Drive in Caln Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Completion of the work will also include traffic control, pavement and unpaved ground restoration, and testing of the completed sewer system. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for the period of days stated in the bid form from the date the bids are opened. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount, thereafter required on the specified Bond Forms included in the Contract Documents and Waiver of Lien.
