Request for Proposals (RFP) 26-19 for the design of an urban road resurfacing treatment of County Trunk Highway (CTH) G between CTH X and CTH GV in De Pere, Wisconsin, and CTH O between STH 57 and East River Drive in Allouez, Wisconsin. 9278-00-00 (CTH G) This work shall be under a 2-party contract (county and consultant) and shall consist of engineering and design to prepare a complete set of Plans, Specifications & Estimate (PS&E) for WisDOT LET of the Local Program project; completing work in compliance with WisDOT standards and expectations including, at a minimum; Facilities Design Manual, Standard Detail Drawings, Bridge and Road Construction Specifications, Construction Materials Manual, and associated WisDOT references for a 2.10 mile urban road resurfacing including; spot repairs sidewalk, upgrading curb ramps to meet FDM, spot repair curb and gutter, pavement marking, signing, and spot storm sewer repair. Less than 1/2 acre of real estate acquisition along with temporary interest acquisition is anticipated. Minimal grading is anticipated. 4579-02-00/70 (CTH O) This work shall be under a 3-party contract (State - County - consultant) and shall consist of engineering and design to prepare a complete set of Plans, Specifications & Estimate (PS&E) for WisDOT LET of the Local Program project; completing work in compliance with WisDOT standards and expectations including, at a minimum; Facilities Design Manual, Standard Detail Drawings, Bridge and Road Construction Specifications, Construction Materials Manual, and associated WisDOT references for a 1.10 mile urban road resurfacing including; spot repairs sidewalk, upgrading curb ramps to meet FDM, spot repair curb and gutter, pavement marking, signing, and spot storm sewer repair.
