Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clintonville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The work consists of overlays for Eskman Road and Johnson Road. For Eskman Road, work includes approximately 5,015 LF of hot mix asphalt on an 18-foot wide road, with the surface course compacted to 1 1/2 inches of 4LT 58-28S. For Johnson Road, work includes approximately 4,350 LF of hot mix asphalt on an 18-foot wide road, with the surface course compacted to 1 1/2 inches of 4LT 58-28S. Existing asphalt driveways are to be milled and overlayed for smooth transitions. Both projects require milling butt joints, cleaning/sweeping the existing pavement, applying tack coat, paving, and furnishing and installing 2-foot-wide shoulders. Bidders must submit sealed bids identifying the company name. Proof of insurance is required. The Town of Maine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, accept bids in the best interest of the Town, and hold bids for 30 days for review prior to the award.
