This is a Request for Information (RFI) to seek capable sources and request industry feedback ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Interested parties are asked to submit a capability statement that clearly and convincingly identifies their ability to fulfill the requirements. The work consists of replacing the existing Rauland Responder IV Nurse Call System with a Rauland Responder V Nurse Call System and integrating it with the facility's current Vocera System. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and resources required to execute the project, including removal and proper disposal of existing nurse call equipment. Services include furnishing and installing all required devices and hardware, configuring patient stations with proper pin connections for Hill-Rom beds, and ensuring full system functionality across multiple areas of the medical center. The contractor is responsible for providing software, licensing, and professional services necessary to connect to existing Responder V servers, add a Reports Server, and integrate with the Vocera communication system. The scope also includes programming, testing, maintenance, and technical support during installation and for one year following system commissioning, as well as annual licensing and system support. Additional requirements include delivering technical training for staff and end-user training for clinical personnel, coordinating schedules with the Contracting Officer's Representative, providing weekly progress updates, responding to emergency system issues within one hour, and ensuring proper disposal of all waste at the end of each workday.
