Demolition and site work for a residential development in Jane Lew, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.

Demolition of the structures located at 107 Park Avenue, and 142 Park Avenue, Jane Lew, Lewis County, West Virginia. Work shall include asbestos abatement, demolition, grading sites for positive drainage, and seeding and mulching the disturbed area. Contractor is responsible for all traffic control, all necessary federal, state, and local permitting, removal of debris to a licensed landfill, coordinating for the disconnection of all utilities, and any other miscellaneous work necessary stated in the bid packet for the demolition of said structures. The contract will have a construction time limit of sixty (60) calendar days. 42 Park Avenue , Jane Lew , WV 1. Disconnect and cap all utility lines , including electric , gas, water, and sewer. 2. The contractor is responsible for contacting the Jane Lew PSD to ascertain the proper procedure for capping the sewer-line service before demolition . The PSD staff must inspect all lines after competition of capping procedures. Failure to comply with this requirement shall render the Contractor liable for any and all damages or costs incurred by the Jane Lew PSD . 3. Remove all trees to include all roots and extensions and greenery on the exterior of the property . Stumps will be removed . 4. Raze existing structure and all detached buildings on the property and remove all construction materials and debris from site . 5. Remove all loose debris , litter , trash , refuse , etc. from lot area without transporting inside the Jane Lew Park . 6. Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner, including asbestos abatement. Maintain records and provide proof for disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and licensed names; also, certified disposal sites and locations . 7. Backfill all the disturbed areas to raise the grade to road level and sloping downward to blend into the ground level of the Jane Lew Park level . 8. Rake area smooth . 9. Place filter cloth barrier and straw bales to prevent runoff from entering a stream/ storm drain or to prevent mud or debris from washing into streets, roads, Park and neighboring properties. 10.Install privacy fence on both left side and right side of the disturbed area of the property to prevent disturbanceto housesand properties I close proximity . Fencewill not be woodenbut will provide privacy.
