Renovation of an educational facility in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are requested for Sanitary Piping Renovations at Thibodaux High School, Project No. THS-2601. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or electronically, displaying the Contractor's license number. Bid prices must exclude all taxes but include any applicable shipping charges. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 5% of the total bid amount in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check payable to the Lafourche Parish School Board. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount before contract issuance. All work must be completed within 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be deducted for delays. Bids are to be submitted on the Louisiana Uniform Public Works Bid Form. Only contractors licensed for MECHANICAL or PLUMBING will be issued bid sheets and may submit bids. Contractors must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference.
