Description

Renovation of a detention facility in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The Board of Lucas County Commissioners is seeking qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services for the comprehensive renovations at the Lucas County Corrections Center located at 1622 Spielbusch Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43604. Any responding vendor must submit a completed response following the procedure outlined in the Request for Qualifications. All sections applicable in the RFQ shall be read so as to give meaning to all such provisions. When there is a conflict in interpretation between a specification in the RFQ and sections, the specification in the RFQ shall take precedence. Question Deadline 06/26/2026 at 10:00 AM ET : Written questions regarding the project should be directed via email to jnowak@co.lucas.oh.us with a subject line of "Lucas County Corrections Center RFQ Question."
