Interior work involves installing smoke/CO alarms, upgrading the electrical service panel, replacing and repairing various electrical fixtures and outlets throughout the house, and making lead compliance plaster and paint repairs. Kitchen work includes replacing cabinetry, countertops, sinks, and flooring, with alternative scope items for additional cabinetry and door replacement. All work must comply with code requirements and performance standards, and any substitutions must be pre-approved. Relevant permits must be obtained before work begins.
