Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Maplewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The project consists of the removal and replacement of the built-in Yankee gutter and cornice, and repairs to the cupola. Prospective bidders must submit bids on standard proposal forms as required by the specifications, in sealed envelopes labeled with the project name, bidder's name and address, and date and time of bid opening. All bidders must submit a Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Division of Revenue, and a statement listing the names and addresses of all stockholders owning ten percent or more of the corporation or partnership. Workmen must be paid the prevailing wage rate as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive minor informalities or irregularities.
